DIY TUDE

All of my hunts to date have required a lot of preparation and hard work. In other words, they are "do it yourself" hunts. This is how I prefer it. This also means that there may be hunts where I've come home empty handed. Am I the best hunter out there? Definitely not. Do I always give it my 100%. Definitely yes.  Therefore, when success comes it is all the more sweet. There is something about knowing that you worked hard for the animal hunted for. The chase is fair. The animal is respected. There are no high fences where these boots tread. Give me a mountain to climb and a tag to be filled in my pocket and I'm a happy gal.

Bring on the hunt!

I have to give credit to the guys in my hunting group that have been so patient with me and taught me a lot of what I know today about hunting. Thank you!!
