BowAmerica Feb Issue - One Sweet Surprise

The February issue of BowAmerica is now available to read. This month my husband surprised me by submitting an article as an early Valentine's present to me. He had me in tears! It is so sweet. Check out his article directly after mine. And what is even more amazing than him pulling this off without me finding out, is how well both of our articles flow together. He wrote it before reading my article that was already submitted to the magazine. I love my husband. He earned big bonus points for this one!

So, go grab a cup of coffee, click on the link below and enjoy BowAmerica e-magazine!

  1. Great present!! You have a good husband. Our hunting season with our dachshunds are over. We have fox, hare and wild boars to hunt. Moose until end Feb but we think its enough what we´ve got.

    1. Lindsjo - Yes, I think I'll keep him around! I love it when you stop by and leave a comment. I wish I could read yours... but I do enjoy the pictures on your blog. Sounds like you still have good hunting this time of year. We are just waiting for our turkey season to open up in a few months. We may go help the ranchers with the coyotes, but other than that we don't have anything for a couple of months to hunt. Our freezer is full so that is okay.

  5. What a good man Emily, you lucky girl! Any man that says he won't in a camp your not welcome in is top notch in my book. Have a great Valentines day you two!

  6. I enjoyed both you and Troy's articles so much! I'm happy for you both! Gary and I weren't able to hunt together for many years due to circumstances we wouldn't have changed... our daughter had many medical challenges and it wasn't possible to leave her.In 2007 we lost our precious girl. Our hearts were aching but we knew it was far better for her that she no longer suffered. As the healing process began I found a whole new world opened up to me when I began, not only tagging along with Gary but he gave me a bow for my 50th birthday and the journey began... We've been treasuring our time spent in the woods ever since... hoping our health stays good enough to enjoy many more adventures!I Just think it is extra special when husband and wife can share a hunt together, and when I read you and Troy's adventures I can feel the emotion flowing out between the lines!
Thank you both for great articles... and hats off to Bow America!
